How can I get to the event?
Transportation will be provided from JFK Airport to the Hilton Downtown on Monday, September 21, 2020, between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM only. If you require airport transportation outside of this window, please take a Lyft, UBER, or consider taking public transportation.
Can I reserve a room nearby the event location?
The event will be held at the Hilton Downtown Hotel in Downtown New York. The registered guests will have one night reserved for those who request a hotel stay. International and west coast employees will receive additional nights based on travel times. All other hotel nights will be at your own expense.
Can I bring an accompanying with me?
If you are registered, you can bring up to one accompanying guest.
